• Was lead counsel in federal criminal trademark infringement case against a manufacturer of licensed apparel upon complaints filed with the Justice Department by the NFL and the Disney Corp. alleging that enormous volumes of logo apparel were produced and marketed without licenses; after extensive investigation, analysis of chain of licensing contracts, and discussions directly with NFL and Disney corporate offices, convinced DOJ attorneys and FBI that the apparel was effectively licensed under a complex series of sub-contracts.
